Split screen

Photo Optimizer trenner Overview

The new view bar offers a special function – a split screen. This means that the screen is split into two areas so that you can compare the result of an optimization more easily.

The image below is a good example for this principle. In the bar below there are five icons with stars on the left-hand side.

They grey star symbolizes the unoptimized image, the golden star symbolizes the optimized picture.

Important: The success of the optimization will only be visible, if you click on “Optimize” before!

Photo Optimizer splitdetail Overview

The meaning of the five icons

leftmost: the original photo without optimization is shown

2nd from the left: the optimized photo is shown

in the middle: in the upper half of the screen the original is shown, below the optimized photo (horizontal split screen)

2nd from the right: in the left half the original is shown, on the right the optimized picture (vertical split screen)

rightmost: at the top left the original is shown, down right the optimized picture (diagonal split screen)

Example: The split screen shows the unoptimized picture on the left-hand side, on the right the optimized part of the pictures is shown, after you clicked on Optimize. In this case the vertical split screen is shown.
